    Our Group Fitness classes have been designed specifically for the over 55's, with a strong focus on strength, endurance, coordination, balance and core.

    Our awesome team of instructors will inspire and motivate you to acheive your fitness goals.

    All Group Fitness classes are fully inclusive of your membership.
