Packages
New PT clients receive a complimentary biometric body scan and consultation with a trainer to establish your fitness goals. You can also lower the cost per session by doing PT with a friend with our 1:2 packages.

Anyone aged 16 and over can purchase personal training sessions. For participants 12-15yrs, specific qualifications and experience is required from your Personal Traininer, and you will need to consult with the Health & Fitness Director to discuss options and suitability prior to purchasing a PT pack.
No, personal training is available to both members and non-members. However, membership may offer additional benefits and discounts.
No other membership benefits are included as part of the Personal Training package. If you are not a member and would like to use the gym outside of your PT sessions, we recommend purchasing a membership.
We offer one-on-one or one-on-two sessions. We can provide specialised programs tailored to your goals, for example strength, weight loss or rehabilitation.
Yes, you will need to complete an initial Personal Training Induction with your trainer which will incur 1x Personal Training session. This is not required if you’re a member of the facility and have completed an induction prior.
No personal training sessions are non-refundable and cannot be transferred to another person.
Missed sessions may be forfeited unless prior notice is given.
12 hours notice is required to cancel or reschedule a session to keep your session credit. Sessions cancelled within 12 hours will be forfeited.
All unused sessions at the expiry date are forfeited.
