Start your weekend with peace, purpose, and positivity! These all‑levels classes are the perfect way to stretch, breathe, and reset.

Open to members and the general public, we’re offering two free classes:
• 9:30am – 10:30am:
Yoga - welcoming all levels, with chairs available for anyone who prefers or needs seated options, so everyone can join comfortably.
• 10:30am - 11:00am:
Meditation session - a peaceful, resetting session designed just for adults to explore meditation.
